Sterile and constructed from a light beige porous material, the non-reinforced strips are comfortable to wear and cause less scarring than staples and sutures. The backing is non-woven and coated with a hypoallergenic adhesive, providing less skin irritation and a decreased risk of infection compared to sutures and staples.
