The LMB Extension Finger Splint is Ideal for beginning boutonniere deformity. It produces extension of the proximal interphalangeal or distal interphalangeal joints of the fingers and/or thumb. It is adjustable by careful bending for less tension, and will extend the supple joint to full extension. To size: measure the volar surface distance from the MP crease to the distal finger crease.
