The LMB Spring-Coil Finger Extension Splint is a medical device that is used to help correct boutonniere deformity. The splint features coil springs that are placed laterally to the PIP joint and move in line with the joint to increase extension.

Curved proximal and distal support distribute pressure evenly, which helps to prevent skin irritation.
