Designed for use with the ADView 2 monitor, these blood pressure cuffs measure blood pressure using the oscillometric method. By occluding the artery with pressure in the cuff, the cuff can sense pressure waves in the artery, the frequency of which also enables heart rate to be calculated. The cuff is placed around the patient’s nondominant upper arm and inflated automatically.
