Premium EVA foam rollers are a versatile and durable tool that can be used for a variety of purposes, including positioning, balance, postural and muscle re-education, spinal stabilization, body awareness and coordination, and ranging and strengthening activities.
They are available in two lengths (36 inches and 12 inches) and two profiles (round and half-round). The round rollers offer progressive exercise sequences, allowing the user to graduate from an easier (smaller diameter) to a more difficult (larger diameter) roller. The half-round roller is a great tool for ankle stretching and knee rehabilitation.
