Exercise Skates are made from foam with vinyl upholstery to facilitate increased range of motion. Ball casters enable movement, and velcro straps keep the skates secure. Powder board not included. The ball casters promote a smooth gliding experience while the secure velcro straps provide a comfortable fit.
