This exerciser is appropriate for post-surgical rehabilitation, subluxation and adhesion, carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, RSIs (repetitive stress injuries), tendonitis, DeQuervains’ syndrome, Dupuytren’s contracture, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, stroke, and neuropathy.

Combining flexion and extension exercises, the HandMaster Plus offers three levels of resistance: Soft (purple ball, yellow cord), Medium (red ball, black cord), and Firm (orange ball, gray cord). Regular use can increase the strength of your hands, wrists, forearms, and fingers, while also providing increased pain tolerance and resistance.
