Plastazote Foam Material can be activated with heat and molded into malleable, light-weight splints. This foam should be heated at 285°F (140°C) in an oven. Furthermore, lamination is possible by heating two pieces together. This material is also suitable for creating splints meant to address arthritis and cervical collars.
