This user-friendly and easily adjustable Rail System features a Squeeze & Slide mechanism that can be positioned for specific exercises. The five resistance levels of exercise tubing include foam-covered handles and attachment clips. This product rotates 180° in the horizontal plane for exercises in limited space. The Rail System includes powder-coated wall brackets, an ankle strap, storage rack, a pulley attachment and an instruction poster. Excellent for at home or clinical use.
