The BD Vacutainer® Complete Urine Collection System provides a convenient, closed system solution for effective urine collection. This system includes a collection cup with screw cap, which reduces the risk of sample contamination, and an integrated transfer device for easy and safe transfer of the urine. Two urinalysis tubes are included: a Plus Plastic C&S Preservative Tube (13 x 75 mm, 4.0 mL) which keeps the test sample preserved for up to 48 hours; and a Mercury-free, 8.0 mL Plus Plastic Conical Tube (16 x 100 mm). The latter also comes in two versions, with or without Preservative, and features a minimal fill line at 3 mL to avoid overfilling.
